The second book in his series of living a Ketosis lifestyle. This is another great read as it breaks down the author's journey in more depth. Lake explains what types of food to be eating as well as what to keep out of your daily diet. He goes into detail in regards to vitamins, as well as the importance of staying hydrated. Hopefully he will put together a recipe book, as he now has my strict attention after reading both books in this series.*Update* - I have been following Lake's suggestions as outlined in this book and I am pleased to say that without really too much effort, I have lost 21 pounds. I do not feel hungry and I can definitely tell my state of mind has improved since I have cut out sugars and most carbs. I really hope the authors next book will be a recipe book!

I loved this book! It was simple, honest and a quick read! I love how he made this so simple! I have already lost 5 pounds in 2 days. Last night I couldn't eat anymore, even though it was a delicious meal. That has never happened before. And I have lots of energy and I'm 54 yrs old. Everyone needs to try this!!
